Fries Love was founded by Anna and Jack in 2018 in the seaside town of Bognor Regis. The brand name comes from a simple idea that almost everyone loves fries. What started as a bright yellow, potato shaped food trailer quickly became a popular attraction at festivals, markets, and street food events across the UK.
From the beginning, Fries Love has been about creating memorable food experiences and bringing people together through flavour.
In 2022, we expanded and opened our first restaurant in Portsmouth called Busan Bites, inspired by the vibrant culture of Korean Street Food. This marked a new direction for the brand and a deeper focus on authentic Korean cuisine.
Today, Fries Love specialises in Korean Street Food UK favourites including Korean corn dogs, crispy Korean chicken, rice chicken bowls,
